We optimize the plant — never comfort.

Optimization happens at the building’s chilled-water plant. Meezan floats the supply setpoint up to save energy — but only as far as real-time demand allows. If residents need more cooling, the setpoint drops and savings wait.

Demand always takes precedence. Even when a warmer setpoint would be cheaper, if residents call for more cooling Meezan drops the setpoint to meet it — then gently resumes saving the moment demand eases. We nudge; we never compromise comfort.
