Condenser saturation temperature and approach trending high — early tube fouling observed. Tubes brushed and flushed on site; approach improved to 2.4 K on retest. Oil sample sent to lab. All safeties tested and passed; chiller returned to normal operation.

Recommendations

Schedule condenser eddy-current tube test at next annual overhaul. Maintain condenser-water treatment dosing. Continue monitoring approach via Meezan alerts.
